Our Story
Newport Resonance was founded in Sydney, Australia by Ken and Josh: two structural engineers with over forty years of combined experience designing systems that must not fail. Bridges, buildings, infrastructure. Disciplines where integrity is non-negotiable and every load-bearing element must be accounted for.
The founding concept was simple: minds and buildings follow the same physics. Intelligence is not computation; it is structure in motion. The same principles that govern how a bridge distributes load, absorbs vibration, and maintains stability under stress can be applied to how an artificial intelligence system reasons, decides, and recovers from disruption.
That observation became the Tree of Mind: a cognitive architecture built on structural mechanics, not statistical patterns. Newport Resonance exists to bring that architecture to enterprises that cannot afford opaque, unaccountable AI.
